This week, we take a look at 3rd year vet Jill as our Buffalo Jill of The Week. Dancing on Christina's line between Kelly and Jayanti, she's very likely the most gifted tumbler the Buffalo Jills have had since Kaitlin M (2005-07). Unfortunately, an injury in practice last summer kept her out of uniform until the season's final game and kept her unable to dance until January's Jills Comedy Show. After a lot of medical treatment and rehab, she was strong enough to try out again this spring and is back on the sidelines this fall, albeit without the tumbling. She was lucky enough, late in her rookie season, to get to take two trips to the Middle East to visit the troops, all of whom had to have fallen in love with her as this sweet and petite girl is very easy to get along with and her father couldn't be prouder of how she's grown up. At 1st cuts, the girls filled out an index card for Kelli to read to introduce them to the fans in attendance and Jill didn't put much but check out her intro video here.
Even though she's no longer tumbling, she's still got it as a dancer as seen at 1st cuts when Jill danced alongside Myesha in matching outfits.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and, in the NFL, players and cheerleaders alike wear pink as parts of their uniforms in games this month, On a chilly day in Orchard Park, the Buffalo Jills sported pink pom-poms for their only October game, against the Tennessee Titans, in which the Bills snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in a 35-34 loss.

Prior to the game, after Loren was introduced as the Jill of The Game, the Jills put on two big performances, including a special performance for Breast Cancer Awareness in addition to their normal pregame dance.
This week, we take a look at 2nd year vet Myesha as our Buffalo Jill of The Week. One of two talented tumblers on her line, the other being the dynamic Jill E, she started making her mark on the squad early on with performances at the Golf Tournament and at an appearance for the Bills Opener in Jamestown last year. Dancing on Christina's line between Jayanti and Kelly, Myesha is one of those girls who's proving that Western NY is the place to go for excellent health care. As a future nurse, her only problem may be in checking a patient's pulse because what guy's pulse wouldn't be racing when being checked out by this stunner? The only thing is, Myesha plans on slowing pulses and heart rates by specializing as a nurse anesthetist. Something tells me she'll have to use more gas than a lot of nurses...lol. This week, we take a look at 7th year vet Christina as our Buffalo Jill of The Week. Christina is a girl I could tell was on the fast track to a great career as a Jill early in her 1st season. In her rookie year, the Jills had a small select dance squad of 6 dancers who would perform at all the events and Christina was the lone rookie on that squad. Following the season, she joined several other Jills in Miami Beach competing against several other squads in a Beauties on The Beach competition. In her 3rd season on the squad, she was named co-captain and was promoted to captain in the middle of the 2009 season. That was only the start though as she soon became the voice of the Jills in regards to the media, working with BuffaloBills.com in their features on Jills tryouts each year and even working with WIVB Anchor Victoria Hong on a feature she was doing that involved the reporter in becoming a Jill for a day. None of that should be a surprise at all with her degree in Communications which included an internship at WIVB while she was still in school. Regarding Jills accomplishments though, she represented the Jills in the Pro Bowl following the 2009 season, the year it was held in Miami and got the ultimate honor in 2011 as she got the cover of the 2011-12 Buffalo Jills Swimsuit Calendar. This week, we take a look at 4th year vet Nicole L as our Buffalo Jill of The Week. Dancing on one end of Omarlla's line next to Katrina, she started her Jills career as a member of the Ambassador Squad alongside 2 of her closest friends, Alyssa and Kristen. Dubbed "The Three Musketeers," they've been close since their freshman year of college but after their rookie season together, Nicole and Kristen switched to dance in 2010 with Kristen retiring after the season. Out of the three, Nicole is easily the quietest and is a perfect example of something I've been saying about the Jills for years. Women are supposed to lose their looks as they age but that doesn't seem to hold true in the case of the Jills. Quite frequently, girls on the Jills only grow more stunning over the years and that is definitely Nicole. In fact, after tryouts this spring, I was talking to one of her former squadmates and she was blown away by how incredible Nicole looks these days. Thankfully for Buffalo's sidelines, Nicole already had a job lined up in bank management before she finished getting her college degree so she can keep cheering on the Bills for several more years if she desires. A new feature in the Jill of The Week series this year is a look at Nicole's introduction to the fans at 1st cuts by choreographer/emcee Kelli Wagner.
From the Bandettes comes a photo from last January's home opener against the Toronto Rock. Shown in a photo taken just prior to the squad heading out to perform at halftime are Jessica, Kirsten, Ashley, and Amanda. With tryouts for the 2013 squad happening this weekend, we'll find out soon how many of these ladies will be back in action with the Bandettes as the Bandits host the Minnesota Swarm on January 13th in their Home Opener.
Truth be told, this was a game to be forgotten as the Bills started off strongly but seemed to lose its focus after a few questionable calls and some key injuries. Even the Jills seemed affected by the game but still put on some great performances all game long including their 3rd quarter break routine to a song put together for them by DJ Ran.
