Buffalo Jill of The Week Eileen

This week, we take a look at rookie Ambassador Eileen as our Buffalo Jill of The Week. Unfortunately, Eileen was apparently an early departure from the squad so photos are at a minimum. Originally from South America, Eileen spends her time as an event coordinator and loves Buffalo because of all the food, the sights, and the people she's close to. With her love of Mexican food, one has to wonder how much time she spends at Mighty Taco, a former primary sponsor of the Jills. As much as she loves Buffalo though, there's still a longing for her original home that shows in her love of surfing. She'd even love to be a pro surfer if she could get a sponsorship.
