Buffalo Pro Cheer Photos of The Week

Jessica and Jenica at the 2006 Buffalo Jills Golf Tournament
This week, before we get started on the 2012 Jill of The Week series, we take a look back at not 1, but 2 Jills alumni in the forms of Jenica and Jessica, the twins! Jessica only spent a single season on the squad, in 2006 while her more spotlight-loving sister Jenica stayed on the squad through the 2009 season. Growing up in the Southern Tier, I'm sure a lot of guys did double takes whenever these two beauties were on the scene growing up. I know when they tried out together in 2006, those of us there did a double take and I know it took me a while to able to tell them apart. While Jessica's career was short-lived, she still made a point to make it to several events in support of Jenica and last year, the two of them, after both moving out west, gave some thought to returning to the sidelines together...as members of the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush Cheerleaders. But they ultimately decided against it, staying retired having only cheered for the team they grew up rooting for. While on the Jills, Jenica did have a few noted accomplishments including a trip to Kuwait and Irag at the end of her rookie season and the cover of the 2007-08 Buffalo Jills Swimsuit Calendar.

From the Bandettes comes a photo from last year's Meet and Greet held at Cobblestone the evening after the Bandits Open Practice. The Bandettes sold raffle tickets and were aided in their venture to raise funds for  their program by several Bandettes alumni. Shown posing for a photo are Chelsea, Chrissy, Stephanie C, Carissa, and Bandettes choreographer Erin Y. Bandettes tryouts are being held the weekend of October 6th and 7th at Catalyst Fitness in Depew and hopefully turnout is at least as good as it was last year!

Laura's weekly show on dating and relationships is a continuation of last week's topic, dealing with how to approach women, this week on the signals that a woman may give when she's not interested. Alyssa B and Courteney help on this and answer a question about how large an age range is usually best for relationships.
