If you could only use one word to describe Jessica, that word would have to be adorable. Jess has that great smile that just makes everyone around her smile. She has an infectious personality that puts everyone at ease and can brighten the darkest day. It's actually been rather helpful to her to have such a positive outlook on everything as she seems to be always working. It's amazing that she can fit the Jills in with college and 2 jobs but we're obviously ecstatic that she finds a way. Before her 2 years so far with the Jills, she's spent 7 years in cheerleading and 16 years in dance, including a stint with the Russian Moscow Ballet in the Nutcracker.
